Water, wheat flour, wholemeal rye flour*, sifted rye flour, sourdough on wholemeal rye* and wheat, cut whol rye*, wheat gluten, sunflower seeds, scalded wheat flour, lingonberry (2%), red currant, rapeseed oil, barley malt and rye*, oat fiber, wheat bran, sugar, yeast, salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).

*Wholegrain content: 24%, equivalent to 35% of dry weight.
